Rouleto is built as a multi-layer probabilistic analysis system. At its core, it uses an XGBoost model (XGBClassifier), complemented by NumPy-based scoring, Bayesian priors updated from recent spin history, and a heuristic probability post-processing layer (smoothing & sharpening). The post-processing layer reshapes the model output: it reduces micro-noise, smooths low-significance probabilities, and improves candidate separation. A minimum of 25 recent roulette outcomes is required to train and activate the AI. Before this threshold is reached, the system does not generate signals; analysis and signal generation begin with the 26th spin. During a live session, Rouleto does not operate statically. The system continuously monitors signal quality and dynamically adjusts model weights, increasing adaptation when deviations are detected. Regular deep retraining cycles help maintain result stability over longer sessions.
